1. The linked design of the needle feed mechanism and the bottom feed mechanism means that adjusting the stitch length by push-button simultaneously adjusts the feed amount of the needle and the feed dog, completely eliminating distortion, misalignment, puckering or fish-tailing, and giving a flat product;
The skip-stitch device and/or cutter device leaves the waistband fabric unaffected, reduces operations and increases efficiency;
2. 12-needle configuration, maximum needle gauge 70 mm, with variable needle positions.
3. Quick-change head bracket with multiple holes for convenient operation.

Application range

This series is a cylinder-bed, needle-feed, 4- to 6-needle double chainstitch machine, widely used for waistbands and waistband linings of medium-heavy to heavy materials such as denim and workwear.
