1. Key moving parts are treated with a GIC high-hardness self-lubricating coating, reducing wear and extending service life;
2. Equipped with pneumatic presser foot lift, pneumatic puller lift, needle cooling and a self-suction automatic thread trimmer;
3. Taiwan Rui'erxing pneumatic inclined widened puller; the puller lifts and presses steadily and feeds the chain-off smoothly;
4. A needle guard is added, making performance more stable when sewing over crossed seams, with less skipping and thread breakage;
5. Specially designed stand with adjustable height;
6. EM 6151 is equipped with a lower oil pump and reaches a speed of 5,000 rpm.
7. EM 6251 is fitted with a photo sensor and sensing device to avoid skipped stitches and differences on elastic materials when crossing seams. The sensor is installed in front of the presser foot and has 3 functions:
- reduce presser foot pressure;
- reduce speed;
- adjust puller pressure
These functions can be switched and adjusted on the touch screen.

Application range

Suitable for the armhole seam and sleeve seam of denim jackets, the crotch seam of jeans, and the lapped seam of heavy materials such as coats and workwear.
