Main features

1. Based on a 2-needle machine, this unit is fitted with an independently developed Siemens control system that switches automatically between single-needle and double-needle mode and offers 3 sewing modes: normal 2-needle sewing, program sewing (single/double-needle switching) and program-controlled corner sewing.
2. In program sewing mode the single/double-needle switch can be set freely and the machine sews in the set sequence. This is especially helpful for fly sewing, increasing output and quality while reducing auxiliary working time by one third.
3. In corner sewing mode, an automatic stitch counting function added by the program ensures that the needles separate and engage at the correct position, so every corner is sewn quickly and perfectly. The operator can topstitch pocket flaps, pockets, patch pockets and other garment parts in the most convenient way.
