240-360 trouser fly seams can be sewn per hour (actual output varies with material and fly stitch). Taking 2,000 trouser flies (with bartacks) as an example, with the automatic fly machine one operator can independently complete zipper sewing, fly sewing and bartacking. Compared with the conventional process, 2 workers are saved and productivity increases by 40%.
