Productivity

The automatic patch pocket unit can finish 240-280 pockets per hour (actual output varies with material and stitch pattern). Taking 1,500 trousers with 2 pockets each as an example, the conventional process needs 9 workers to reach the target; with a U-shaped line of one double-station pocket creasing unit plus two automatic patch pocket units, only 2 workers are needed, saving 7 people.

1. High-quality pattern sewing head with oscillating shuttle and automatic thread trimmer;
2. Patch pocket area up to 300 mm x 225 mm;
3. The pocket feeding plate is driven by a stepper motor with a feeding accuracy of 0.005 mm, ensuring precise pocket placement;
4. The speed of the pocket feeding plate is adjustable, so different feeding speeds can be used for different materials to guarantee a satisfactory patching result;
5. Quick mould change: only 5 acrylic plates need to be replaced to change the pocket size, very convenient for factories;
6. Optional original shorts unloading device (patented product).
7. Siemens control components and SMC pneumatic components ensure stability and service life.
