Main features

1. Overlock binding of leg hems, fly curves and crotch curves is completed under manual control, while side seams and inseams are bound fully automatically;
2. The material is guided by an edge controller; simply adjust the passage height of the edge controller to the material thickness so that the material runs through smoothly;
3. The machine automatically completes binding, feeding and folding;
4. Automatic thread trimming and waste removal without cutting any fabric;
5. Hsing direct-drive motor, Siemens control system and display.

Application range

EUROMAC 4011 automatic overlock binding unit, for binding unlined trouser and skirt panels and small parts. The machine is very easy to operate; a short training is enough to unlock its full production potential and reduce dependence on skilled workers.
