EM 4022 can finish the seaming (side seam and inseam) of 450 trousers per 8 hours.
EM 4023 can finish the seaming (side seam and inseam) of 600 trousers per 8 hours.

Main features

1. Perfect combination of Hsing electronic control and Siemens control technology;
2. The seam can be a safety stitch, a double chainstitch or an overlock stitch;
3. Electric eye sensors control the start and end of seaming;
4. A precisely adjustable edge controller keeps the seam width constant throughout seaming;
5. Ease (fullness) can be set section by section by program; differential feed and top feed are controlled by the fabric feed motor;
6. Perfectly matched fully-automatic stacker (optional device).

Application range

EM 4022 is a semi-automatic seaming unit, short body version, with manual feeding assist; EM 4023 is a fully-automatic seaming unit, long body version, with gripper-assisted feeding. Both models are mainly used for the side seam or inseam of trousers, and can also be used for jackets, skirts or sleeves.
