Daily output (pieces per 8 hours): 400-550 pairs of jeans (side seam and inseam seaming). Thanks to its simple operation, the EUROMAC 4021 guarantees excellent productivity after only short training.

Main features

1. A precisely adjustable edge controller keeps the seam width consistent over the entire seam;
2. Photo sensors control the start and end of the seam;
3. The edge controller has a side air-blowing function that keeps the seam width constant during seaming;
4. The edge controller can be moved left and right to suit seaming of pockets or the back rise;
5. Automatic edge trimming at the start of sewing, with a dust collector for the fabric edge.

Application range

EUROMAC 4021 automatic denim seaming workstation is a dedicated automatic workstation for denim seaming. It efficiently sews the side seam and inseam of jeans, and can also be used for seaming jackets, skirts and sleeves.
